This is one of our SHIPPABLE N SCALE LAYOUTS. By that we mean that we take a layout as big as this one (63" x 33") and fit it in a UPS box WITH FREE SHIPPING -- the catch is we send it in three stacked sections. 
 
     Watch the video and look at the pictures and you will see how easy it is to connect the sections together once you get them thanks to the use of Kato Unitrack Adjustable Track. 
 
     Also note that we will send you TWO LAYERS of 1" thick foam. You will glue the TOP LAYER of foam (the one with the tracks) to the BOTTOM layer so that the whole thing becomes a single 2" thick 'monolith' of material. We will, of course, provide detailed instructions on all of this.
 
     Since the layout comes in three sections, there will be cracks, but we will provide scenery material which you can glue down as a cover (watch the video and examine the pictures and you will see how well you can hide the cracks).
 
     As for the layout, itself, when assembled it is 66" long by 33" wide with two sidings and mainstream curves that are 282 mm and 315. We include a mountain, but note that no two mountains we make are identical. All track is Kato Unitrack. We include 4 track feeders and 2 power turnout cables but we do not furnish any power controllers or turnout controllers, nor do we furnish any locomotives, cars, or buildings.
