We make TWO SIZES of mountain:
 
1. The SMALLER version (this listing) has an epoxy resin-cast WATERFALL (but no lake).
2. The LARGER version has an epoxy resin-cast LAKE but no waterfall.
 
In our video, we said, "In all the scenery we make, we engage in MAGICAL REALISM. Neither the mountain nor the lake or waterfall is explicitly realistic—but we are not charging you for, say, 10 hours of build time. What we claim is this: adding some of our magical realism can do much to enhance a layout – and be the SIGNATURE FEATURE the rest of your modeling will surround."
 
     For our very small layouts only the SMALL mountain can fit -- but for any layout that is 48" x 24" or larger, you could install EITHER of them. In fact, on our biggest layouts (10' long or longer), you might want BOTH, one at each end. For larger layouts, how to make the choice really depends on how much industrial or residential modeling you wish to do.
 
Our video also had two important notes:
1.Never do we make an exact replica (so you should use the size and appearance shown in this listing only as a general guide).
2.On the LARGE mountain, all four sides are finished, but on SMALL mountain, he back side (as shown in a picture above) is UNFINISHED and, in fact, has a 2” notch cut into it so that if you want it sit OVER the back track it can).
