AND BECAUSE YOU WOULD BE OUR FIRST CUSTOMER, WE COULD ALSO, AT A VERY LOW COST, SELL IT TO YOU IN A LONGER LENGTH OF YOUR CHOICE IF YOU WISHED IT (THE STOCK VERSION IS ABOUT 7' LONG -- YOURS COULD BE 8' OR 9' OR 10' IF YOU WISHED. 
 
 A couple of closing notes: The price listed includes the track, the turnouts and bumpers, and the glued-down scenery (which includes hand-ballasted track). Turnouts for holding tracks are powered but turnouts for sidings are manually operated, and while we provide all power feeds and cables needed, we do not include the power controllers for track and turnouts you will need  -- nor  do we include any buildings, locomotives, or train cars. 
 
I close with a personal note from BILL BEIN of LoganSquareZandN: "I HATE powered turnouts from both Kato (N) and Rokuhan (Z), and I personally operate all mine manually -- even if I must first stop trains and then turn them back on. Turnouts on any layout I send out DID work when installed -- but I make no promise beyond that and add that I do not think you can back trains through Kato N or Rokuhan Z onto sidings with no derailments. I use my sidings for decoration only."
