This Z11: Hi-Speed Oval w/ Holding Track is 10' 6" in length and 34" in wide.
Because of our custom 3-D printed 320 mm roadbed curves, you can run longer trains on this layout-- 12 or more cars passenger, 24 freight. 
And this layout, even though it has but a single track, can support two trains at a time on it because it has a long holding track where you can park one of the trains, either just to store it or to let the other train pass it by.
This layout comes with a Mountain and Epoxy Resin-Cast Lake (but note that each mountain we make is one-of-a-kind--it will be similar but not identical to what is shown in these pictures).

As for shipping the layout, you will get it in THREE SECTIONS. We will provide complete instructions, including how you will glue up the  TWO LAYERS of 1" thick foam that we ship (so that the whole thing becomes a single 2" thick 'monolith' of material).      A couple of closing notes:  All track is Rokuhan. Turnouts for holding tracks are powered, and, while we provide all power feeds and cables needed, we do not include the power controllers for track or turnouts  -- nor  do we include any buildings, locomotives, or train cars. 
 
     And a personal note from BILL BEIN of LoganSquareZandN: "I HATE powered turnouts from both Kato (N) and Rokuhan (Z), and I personally operate all mine manually -- even if I must first stop trains and then turn them back on. Turnouts on any layout I send out DID work when installed -- but I make no promise beyond that and add that I do not think you can back trains through Kato N or Rokuhan Z onto sidings with no derailments. I use my sidings for decoration only."
